End User Licence Agreement

1. What this is

Accounts Bridge (“the Software”) is a personal QuickBooks Online integration used by James Barter via a local Cursor MCP. It is for private use with his own QuickBooks Online company — not a commercial product or multi-tenant SaaS.

2. Licence

You (the sole authorised user) may use the Software only against QuickBooks Online companies you are entitled to access. You may not redistribute, sublicence, rent, or offer it as a product or hosted service to third parties.

3. Sole user

Single-user deployment only. Connecting other people’s companies, reselling access, or running it as a shared platform is outside this licence.

4. QuickBooks and Intuit

QuickBooks Online is an Intuit product. Your use of QuickBooks remains under Intuit’s terms. This Software is an independent personal integration, not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit except as required for app connection and review.

5. As is

Provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Use at your own risk.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including English law where it applies), James Barter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits, or business. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. No redistribution as a product

Do not package, brand, or distribute the Software (or a derivative) as a commercial app, marketplace listing, or paid service without a separate written agreement.

8. Termination

This licence ends if you stop using the Software or disconnect it from QuickBooks Online. Then stop using it and revoke remaining tokens (see Disconnect).
