Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026. Applies to Accounts Bridge (personal QBO MCP).
1. Who we are
Accounts Bridge is operated by James Barter for personal use with his own QuickBooks Online company. This website (qbapp.codedeploy.space) only publishes review and legal pages. It does not process QuickBooks accounting data.
2. What data is involved
- Accounting data remains in your QuickBooks Online company (Intuit).
- OAuth tokens are stored on the local machine running the MCP — not on this website.
- This static site does not collect accounts, invoices, customers, or similar records.
3. How the local MCP uses data
When authorised, the local MCP may read (and, if you enable writes, modify) QuickBooks Online data via Intuit’s APIs, solely for the connected company and solely on that machine. There is no multi-user cloud backend for that data.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal or business data.
- We do not run ads against your QuickBooks content.
- We do not upload your company books to this host domain.
5. Cookies and this website
These pages are static and do not set tracking cookies. Your browser may still send standard request logs to the host depending on Coolify / reverse-proxy configuration.
6. Third parties
Intuit processes QuickBooks data under Intuit’s privacy terms. Google Fonts may load in the browser for typography.
7. Retention
Tokens remain on the local machine until deleted or the app is disconnected. After disconnect, those credentials should no longer access QuickBooks Online.
